个人简介

地球科学研究院行院,特聘教授,博士生导师; IEEE Fellow,欧洲科学院(Academia Europaea)外籍院士。博士毕业于美国德州大学阿灵分校大学(1985-1990)。1991-2013年曾先后在中国台湾中央大学、美国大学、美国德州大学阿灵分校工作;2014年入国家特聘家,任于中科院遥感与数字地球研究所;2024.01起就南京大学州校区空地球科学研究院特聘教授。荣2021 IEEE GRSS Fawwaz Ulaby Distinguished Achievement Award 杰出成就担任IEEE Transactions on Geoscience , 多个IEEE相关期刊主、副主,担任Proceedings of the IEEE  IEEE Access 期刊委。
